Nr. 1 - ACACIA HONEY
Harvested in the months of May and June, Acacia honey, holds a flower-like aroma, is mildly sweet, with a delicate flavour. It has been one of the most sought-after honey varieties. It has a low glycaemic index, therefore it can be consumed by a person with diabetes.
Nr. 2 - LINDEN HONEY
Originated from the blossoms of Linden trees during the blooming in the summer month of July, it is a premier honey that has been enjoyed for thousands of years. The subtle aroma brings a refreshing feel to linden blossoms, that carries you away to the spring alleys and a perfect cup of afternoon tea.
Nr. 3 - SAINFOIN HONEY
Harvested from May to August, Sainfoin honey is gathered by bees from the nectar of sainfoin flower. Known also as the most tasteful honey based on its unique refined aroma and soft taste. Sainfoin honey is very fluid, light textured, and sometimes creamy to the point it feels like silk.
It can help fight insomnia, fatigue and memory loss.
Nr. 4 - ROSEMARY HONEY
Collected by the bees in early spring from rosemary flowers, it resonates as a very aromatic, woody and with strong aftertaste of rosemary spice.
Rosemary honey has a thick texture and has a color that reminiscent of amber.
Nr. 5 - BLOSSOM HONEY
From the very first months of spring, this honey is a symphony of all apple, cherry, peachy flowers, thatperfectly combines in a harmonious flavor and a pleasant aftertaste.

Harvested by bees from lands with wildflowers, over 1000 m altitudes, from the high mountain flowers. It is filled with a very aromatic, intense and persistent flavor.

Nr. 10 - BUCKWHEAT HONEY
Harvested during the final days of summer, from the buckwheat fields, this honey has a strong, rich and earthy flavor. It has a deep mahogany color, perfectly complementing its richness, sometimes chocolaty undertones.
Buckwheat honey is known for its high level of antioxidants and vitamin and it´s immune system boosting attributes.
